Save the Children and inSupply Health collaborated to conduct a developmental evaluation (DE) and outcome harvesting (OH) of a program designed to reach nomadic and semi-nomadic pastoralists with family planning services in Wajir and Mandera counties in northeast Kenya. DEs allow for real-time learning and adaptations in response to the learning and outcome harvesting is a complexity aware monitoring approach.
