Needs Assessment to Inform the Development of a SBC for SD eCourse
Lisa Basalla Mwaikambo
Dear colleagues, Breakthrough ACTION plans to develop an eCourse on Strategic Behavior Change (SBC) for Service Delivery this year. Using SBC across the service continuum - before, during, and after services - can improve health outcomes. SBC can motivate clients to access services, improve the client-provider interaction, and boost adherence and maintenance. Understanding and addressing the SBC capacity strengthening needs of service delivery stakeholders is paramount to achieving these outcomes.
To ensure that the planned eCourse meets the needs of family planning service and reproductive health (FP/RH) delivery stakeholders, we invite you to complete this short survey by October 28. The purpose of the survey is to help us to better understand service delivery actors’ needs and interests related to an online course on SBC for FP/RH service delivery.
Thank you in advance for your time and feedback!
