WEBINAR - June 22, 2022 - Successful national government-led large scale and sustained adolescent pregnancy/childbearing prevention programmes: Cases from Chile, England, Ethiopia and Jamaica
Dear IBP Colleagues,
Medicus Mundi Switzerland - together with a number of partners - is organising an exciting webinar on the topic of how have countries scaled up and sustained adolescent pregnancy / childbearing prevention programmes at the national level. In a growing number of countries, governments are taking the lead and have put in place large scale (nationwide) and sustained programmes which have demonstrated success in reducing adolescent pregnancy and childbearing in different contexts, for example in Chile, England, Ethiopia and Jamaica. They have shown what is possible with visionary leadership, good science, and strong management. They challenge other countries to do the same. This webinar aims to showcase the success stories of four different countries in four very different contexts, and to discuss the wider implications of this.
REGISTRATION: You can register here – if you cannot attend there will be a recording send out to all participants.
Thanks for registering for this exciting webinar. We look very much forward to this experience.
